It was a fine night for the Valley Maple Leafs as Chris Clokie blocked the crease all night delivering a shutout in Valley’s 4 to 0 win over the visiting Sackville Blazers hockey team.
While Sackville came out on top with shots on goal 37 over three periods to Valley’s 27, the difference in goals was attributed as follows: 1st period Alex Shaw From Duggan; 2nd Period Demone from McCarron; 3rd Period Bridge from Clarke and sealing the deal Bitner from Vidito.
The Valley Maple Leafs will be playing on the road tonight Jan 29th in Liverpool.
